About me
I am Krystyna Bakhtina, PhD, founder of Lerecon. I have worked internationally with corporate clients, employers’ organisations, trade unions, consultancies, and academic institutions. I have contributed to projects across the Benelux region, France, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.
I support both organisations and individuals in navigating workplace challenges, including compliance, workplace conflict, and people-related risks, combining legal expertise with a practical, human-focused approach.
